Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a moving meditation based on an ancient Chinese health philosophy.  It incorporates gentle arm and leg movements, even  breathing patterns, and a big focus on balancing the yin and yang energy within each of us.

Nicolas is the instructor of this ever-evolving class with his certification of Tai Chi Easy from the Healer Within Foundation.  You can learn more about it here.

The class is currently held every Wednesday night at 7:30 at the Embody Wellness lobby. Donations accepted for payment.

 

Meditation

Bring peace and mindfulness into your life by starting your meditation journey.  Meditation is a great way to relieve mental stress, bring clarity to your mind, and may even heal the body physically.  

Each guided meditation is customized for the needs of the participants and usually incorporates visualization prompts to help facilitate the meditation for beginners and those with experience.

This class is also held in the Embody Wellness lobby on Wednesdays at 7:30, alternating with Tai Chi.  Pay by donation.
